Well, our system using what is known as a lease option does just that. Here's how the process works step by step:
You would grant us the right to rent your home from you. We would take care of your mortgage payments. Included in the legal paperwork, would be the option to buy your home at a price agreed TODAY but you would give us up to three years to complete.
For this to work you would be required to move out, and for the duration of the option period we would rent out the property to a tenant. All utilities etc are paid by the tenant. Mortgage payments and all maintenance costs are paid by us.
If the market has not recovered the option could, by mutual agreement, be extended until conditions have improved.
